A: I do not know what's in it! I know where to buy it (online) and I also know nobody carries it locally. I usually have some on my truck so if you need it, you can call me.
I do not know scientifically how it works but basically it spooks the mother raccoon into thinking her babies are in danger and she will move them to a safer place. Now if you have a large building it may not work as the mother may think the other end of the house is safe rather than relocate them completely out of your attic!
It works most of the time within 24-48 hours. I will reapply it for free if necessary as sometimes a second application does the trick.
If it does NOT work then we can capture the mother (yep, additional costs!) And use her to capture the young.
One thing for sure is that regardless of whether or not that stuff will work in your particular case - the bottom line is I will get the job done!
