Refunds and our Refund Policy

We will refund a prepaid inspection if the services are canceled within 24 hrs of a scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse to do an inspection for any reason, and the inspection fee will be returned if prepaid and services were NOT rendered. In other words if we cannot perform the service, or simply do not wish to perform any service we reserve the right to cancel and purchase of an inspection does not bind us to perform it. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within 36 hrs but often it is the same day!

Refunds on any other service can be negotiated to satisfy any customer complaint. We do not like to refund money for services performed but make every reasonable effort to make sure our customers are satisfied. If your not happy we will make it right - if we can’t help you we do not want your money - period.
