An animal in the attic almost always starts off as a mystery. We specialize in trying to figure out these mysteries. Sometimes it is just a noise in the attic, a scratching, a chirp, running around, like someone is playing football or soccer in the attic. Possible culprits are copper pipes, plastic pipes and loose vents, and or siding. We have seen many jobs where the noise was mechanical and not an animal issue. Our favorite was one where the homeowner was creating the noise himself by rocking in his easy chair! Hilarious, it wasn’t until we physically MOVED the chair that we realized for certain it was him causing the “noise in the attic”
