Average Cost To Trap & Remove An Armadillo

  • Inspection: 165.00
  • Trapping: 385-650 for two – three weeks of trapping.

Trapping costs vary based on the complexity of trapping. Things that affect it are the number of actual holes (den sites) that may be going under the home. The lack of them, or multiple setups required.

Repairs are usually simply filling the hole. This is usually filling the hole with rock, but not just any rock. The type of rock that MUST be used is the same type of rock used in driveways as it must be able to compact and not be too large or too small which would allow an animal to either dig directly through or around. This type of rock can be found at home improvement stores and it’s called All-Purpose Stone

How to get rid of armadillos

The best way to get rid of armadillos is to trap them. Repellents do not work with much success. Trapping an armadillo often requires a perfect setup based on the area we are trapping in. I study your yard or property for the best placement of the traps so that the armadillo will just walk right on into the trap. They do have poor vision and we can use that to our advantage when trapping.
