When you have a squirrel in your attic people also do not realize that many times mice, rats, and opossums follow the same urine trails into an attic. I will be asking you a few questions when you call, such as the time of day you are hearing the noise and a description of the noise. "Does it sound like a late night scratching or a morning football game?" We will inspect for droppings to help ID the culprit.
There is no substitute for trapping and removal, poisons only send you in search of a bad smell! Yuck! If you need trapping of squirrels give us a call! Finding the entry point can sometimes be difficult, often there's more than one. We will trap and remove the squirrels that are calling your attic their home and then seal out any newly invading squirrels.
We offer trapping plus repairs. Our prices start at 385.00 for 7-10 days of trapping in our immediate area. We do price things according the to amount of work involved, so a two story house will cost more if there's roof work to be done. We DO NOT charge by the animal removed unless you've got a zoo over there! Repair work is an additional cost but we will provide an estimate and you will not pay unless your satisfied! We typically require a 50% deposit when we start with the balance due on completion and you are happy.
